Troy is the President and Founder of Taft Software, Inc.
He has 30 years of software development experience.
He has also experienced the thrill of automating his own first IT job out of existence.
He graduated from Oregon Institute of Technology earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Systems Engineering Technology. In 1997 He was certified as a Microsoft Certified Solution Developer (MCSD) in Visual Basic and SQL Server.
His Brazilian wife and he are the parents of two. Troy speaks some Brazilian Portuguese, but he's not good enough yet to "shoot the breeze" or tell Brazilian jokes. Some of the things he tries to say sound pretty funny to them, however, so it seems to be working out for him anyway.
